Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PageRankAI’s websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), including the Services available at pagerank.ai. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Authority

  • You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
  • If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Services

PageRankAI provides tools to analyze and improve how websites appear in search and AI-driven experiences. This may include SEO/GEO scoring, extracting page metadata and content, generating recommendations, competitive research, and (if enabled) features that can assist with applying changes to a website.

The Services may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify features, and we may offer some features in beta.

Accounts, Demo Requests, and Communications

  • You agree to provide accurate information when you request a demo or contact us (including name, email, and phone number where requested).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account (if applicable).
  • By providing contact details, you agree we may contact you about the Services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Your Content and Inputs

You may provide URLs, text, prompts, configurations, and other materials to the Services (“Inputs”). You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide Inputs and to authorize PageRankAI to use them as described in these Terms.

You grant PageRankAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and otherwise use Inputs solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, including generating Outputs.

Outputs and AI Features

The Services may produce analyses, recommendations, scores, reports, screenshots, summaries, or other results (“Outputs”). Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating Outputs and for any decisions you make based on them.

  • No professional advice: Outputs are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice.
  • Third-party AI providers: some AI features may send relevant Inputs and context to third-party model providers to generate Outputs.
  • Ownership: as between you and PageRankAI, you retain your rights in your Inputs. PageRankAI retains all rights in the Services and underlying software. To the extent permitted by law, you may use Outputs for your internal business purposes.

Automatic Website Modifications

If you enable features that help modify a website automatically, you are responsible for reviewing changes before deploying them (where review is available) and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to apply changes to the target website. You acknowledge that changes may have unintended effects, and you agree to test and monitor modifications.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to, and not to assist others to:

  • Use the Services in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Provide Inputs that you do not have the right to use or that contain confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, systems, or networks.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code or underlying models, except to the extent prohibited by law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by introducing malware or abusing rate limits.
  • Use automated means to access the Services in a manner that imposes unreasonable load or circumvents controls.
  • Use the Services to build or improve a competing product using confidential information obtained from PageRankAI.

Third-Party Services and Content

The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party services (for example, hosting, analytics, page-rendering providers, and AI model providers). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies. PageRankAI is not responsible for third-party services.

When analyzing a URL, the Services may fetch and process content from that website. PageRankAI does not control third-party websites and does not guarantee their availability or accuracy.

Fees, Trials, and Taxes

Some features may require payment now or in the future. If fees apply, we will present pricing or an order form before you incur charges. You are responsible for applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by PageRankAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.

Subject to these Terms, PageRankAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant PageRankAI the right to use Feedback without restriction or compensation. Feedback is not confidential.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a risk to the Services, or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAGERANKAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PAGERANKAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAGERANKAI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR OUTPUTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAGERANKAI’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PAGERANKAI FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY (OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PageRankAI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your Inputs, (b) your use of the Services, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PageRankAI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on or through the Services infringes your copyright, contact us at letstalk@pagerank.ai with sufficient details to locate the material and information reasonably necessary to process your request.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after the changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
